The most ancient inn in Pavia, annexed to the 6th century Riboldi College. A welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, barrel vaults, exposed bricks and a reasearch for tradition perfectly blended with a young and informal spirit, due to the contemporary decor. A combination of tradition and modernity is our target, both in concept and in food, with our creatively revisited traditional recipes, always prepared with the finest local products. |

The finest local products are the common ground of our dishes, and our philosophy is not to cover flavours, but to elegantly bring them out. We have a balanced offer of traditional local meat and fish dishes. Our menu changes every fifteen days, according to seasonal products. Our wine list is also extremely surprising, with a wide selection of Italian wines, especially the local ones, and a great selection of French wines, too. |
